In response to many requests\, we will once again be offering a wa gashi workshop this year. While the 2025 workshop focused on autumn Wagash i\, this year we will shift seasons and take on the theme of early summer (June to July) Wagashi.\nBased on feedback from previous workshops\, this year we will limit the creations to two types of wagashi\, allowing partic ipants to take their time and enjoy the process more fully. We will also s et aside time for Q&\;A about wagashi-making\, and you can submit quest ions in advance from the link here. Priority for attending both sessions will be given to those who volunteered frequently last year. If attending both sessions\, please bring your own lunch. Due to time constraints\, eating out is discouraged. You will also be asked to help with setup for the afte rnoon session.\n All instruction will be conducted in English. Recipes wi ll be provided in either Japanese or English (choose at registration). Ple ase refrain from requesting recipes for sessions you are not attending.\n Participants will work in groups.
