参加者の選考は、2025年度のボランティア参加回数を基準に行います。（友の会会員の方は選考なしで参加確定となります。）選考に漏れた場合は、参加費を返金いたしますので、あらかじめご了承ください。なお、午前の部・午後の部ともに、初心者の方から経験者の方まで、どなたでも十分にお楽しみいただける内容となっております。
また、一身上の都合によるキャンセルにつきましては、返金いたしかねますのでご了承ください。

Selection of attendees will be determined by the number of volunteer activities completed in 2025. Members of the Friends Circle will be automatically selected. If you are not chosen, any participation fees paid for the sessions will be fully refunded. Both the morning and afternoon sessions are suitable and enjoyable for participants of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced.
Please note that cancellations for personal reasons are non-refundable.
