In-Kind Donations

In-kind donations are gifts of goods or services that help support the programs and activities of Chado Urasenke Tankokai Seattle Association. These contributions allow us to devote more of our resources to sharing the tradition of Chado with our community.

We welcome donations that are in good condition and appropriate for our educational and cultural activities. Examples include:

  • Japanese tea utensils and tea ceremony equipment
  • Chado-related books and educational materials
  • Japanese arts and cultural items used for demonstrations or displays
  • Supplies for workshops and public events
  • Professional services such as photography, graphic design, translation, printing, or event support

If you have items or services you would like to donate, please contact us before making arrangements. We are happy to discuss whether your donation is suitable for our current needs.
(Please note that we may not be able to accept all donated items due to storage limitations or current program needs.)

Your generosity helps us preserve and share the spirit and traditions of Chado through educational programs, cultural events, and community outreach.
